A complaint is the expression of dissatisfaction (or dissatisfaction, disappointment) that a client attributes to an organization and whose treatment he requests.
Requests for information, opinions, clarifications, services, services are not complaints.

We undertake to send you an acknowledgment letter within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of receipt and to respond to you within a maximum of 2 months from that same date.

If you are not satisfied with the action taken on your complaint, you can contact the AMF.
